A “Per Party” fee for the purpose of billing may be law firms, insurance company representatives and pro se clients, not simply “parties to the litigation”.   If you receive a scheduling letter from Legal  Options,  Inc., you are considered a “Party” to the matter and may only participate if you have paid the fee as billed on our invoice.
